Bill was and extraordinary man. We attended Bible Study together. Before his illness kept him from class, I particularly enjoyed our time discussing the passage, our faith walk and what it means to be a man and a follower of Christ. Bill exemplified our study of Romans this past year.
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes". (Rom 1:16) Bill, you are loved and will be missed.

Goodbye my friend and prayer warrior. I know I will see you again shortly but not having your daily texts and words of encouragement have already left a hole in my heart. Goodbye my friend, you were the one who gave me courage in my health battle to believe in miracles. Goodbye my friend, you are missed already. We all love you beyond words. I miss you, my friend. My tears will end and heartache will subside but you will be forever imprinted on my life, bye for now, Love Dave & Melissa and the Cord's.

Bill had the unique characteristic to make new friends feel like they were immediately his best friend.
He was a true Christian example who is now dancing on streets of Gold. Maybe even running track. He will be missed and never forgotten.
I am so shocked to hear of Bill's passing.
Bill was a funny, fun loving, dedicated to his Family. Never a bad word about anyone.
Always so helpful with my hot rods. Best sound systems available. Bill will be so missed . Prayers for the entire Roger's Family and the extended Family at R.K.S.T staff.

Dear Billy....you have left me with some great memories of growing up on Dunleavy Dr. Although I haven't seen you in years, this news took me right back to our childhood in Highland...you were the big brother I never had. My condolences to Sherrie, James (Jimmy), your wife, children, and the rest your family and friends...I will keep you all in my prayers.
I have worked with Bill for 5 years and he was one of the best integrators I have had the pleasure of assisting. We had many interesting conversations about many topics: his faith, his dedication to law enforcement, his family, and his gratitude for every day on this planet. I know he is in a better place but he will be missed by many!
Bill and I attended Bible Study Fellowship together. I really got to know Bill the last couple of years and was blessed by his knowledge of God's Word and his love for Jesus.
Becca: My deepest sympathy to you, Matt and Mariah. I'm so sorry to hear this and hope you can get through this difficult time. Praying for you.
