To the entire Scott Family,
I am deeply saddened to learn of the loss of my friend Jean .
I truly wish I would have
heard of her passing before today. I hope you know that I would have come to pay my respects
last night, had I known.
I have such fond memories of Jean. She was always a great friend and supporter of mine back in the days when women were not easily accepted at the Police Department.
Jean was always fair and supporting of the citizens of Waterford Township,,,
and she was a great asset to the Township board. She was kind and gracious; but she was no pushover when she stood for the people of Waterford .
Most of all, I am sorrowed
by the fact that we didn't connect in person before this day. We chatted via Facebook , but I could never seem to find a proper time to visit.
I sincerely regret that I wasn't a better friend in the past several years .
I know that she is in a better place now, and I hope she knew that I considered her a dear friend.
To Jane and Jeff, the two I've known the best over the years ; You know where I am and how to reach me, please call if you need help, or if you want to talk, go to lunch , whatecer. I just rescued a little therapy dog, and was excited to bring her over to meet Jean and Jane....
Please accept my sincere sympathy on the loss of your Mom, my friend ,Jean . ???????
