When I remember Aunt Jo it brings a smile to my face. She was more than an aunt as I spent half my life at her home. She always made me feel welcome and I felt she was happy to see me.
These feelings lasted a lifetime. When I had children of my own she was excited to see them and frequently reminded me how nice they are. Josie, as I liked to call her, made things exciting
She was a night owl so many times I would call real late and we would talk into the wee hours of the morning.
I will miss you dearly. Until we meet again I know you are in God's hands with Jerry
Mrs. Alt was such a great lady. Growing up she always had a smile and a kind word. I was so sorry to hear about her passing. I have a lot of great memories.
I am so sorry for your loss, prayers for peace are wished for Dave and the entire Alt Family.

Thank you to the Alt family for being the perfect and caring neighbors to all of us. My mother, Rita, often said that after Dad died, that Fred and Joanne were people that you could depend on.
As a young child, I could go to Mrs. Alt and pour my heart out to her, without judgement or fear. Later, when I saw her while visiting my parents, she always welcomed me with tears of joy in her bright and smiling eyes. Thank you for being our neighbor and mostly for being our friend. May God be with all those who morn. Love Sis
