Alicia is the most beautiful person I have ever know. Such a great soul and big heart. Her smile would light up any room. The world lost and amazing woman but God recieved the greatest angel of all........Love you Alicia......
My deepest condolences at the news of Alicia's passing. During my 10 years in the Waterford School District, I feel blessed to have worked with such a genuine, caring, and passionate educator like Alicia. She was always an advocate for kids, a mentor for teachers, and a forward-thinking educational leader who contributed greatly to our profession. Deeply saddened by this news, my heart goes out to her family and friends.
I was a student of Ms. Duncan's in elementary school and she set in my love and dedication for the Spanish language when she taught me in 8th grade. She's a major reason why I will be minoring in Spanish after I graduate high school this year. I am very lucky to have been a student of hers and to have been touched by her happiness and positivity. This breaks my heart and my thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.

Such a sad loss to the world, as death came in like a thief. Condolences to all whose lives were touched by this talented, brilliant, knowledgable, & caring woman. Though we met only twice, her radiance & friendliness made an impact on me. May her memory be a blessing. Shalom.
My deepest condolences to Alicia's family and friends for her loss. I had the great fortune of working with Alicia to prepare her presentation materials for two educational institutes this year, in West Palm Beach, FL and in Monterey, CA. Alicia was a consummate professional who worked diligently to present the highest-quality materials for her audience and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was very impressed by her exemplary and conscientious work ethic and caring, positive demeanor. I am profoundly saddened by her loss.
I met Alicia in massage school in 2003. We became immediate friends and she helped me study for all my tests. Alicia was one of the few friends I had that I felt I could be completely open with. We used to have lengthy discussions about spirituality and we loved Caroline Myss.
A night with Alicia was a night of laughs! I absolutely loved her take on life. I will miss her deeply and I send my deepest sympathies to her family. I cannot imagine how you must feel. I know she is observing all this and would want us to celebrate her and live life to its fullest!
